All orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days from the date you place your order. And delivery time frame will be about 2-5 days. When your order is shipped, we will email you a confirmation, including an invoice/receipt. Please be aware that if you place an order over a weekend or public holiday that your order will not be processed until the next business day.
Deliveries can not be made to a PO Box. Please supply us with a physical address such as a workplace at which there will be someone present to sign for your item during normal business hours (9am – 5pm weekdays). We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased item(s) is transferred to you. If you would like your order to be left at your designated delivery address without a recipient’s signature you must state this in the delivery instructions when you complete the checkout.
Please be aware that deliveries left at an address without a signature are done so solely at the recipients own risk. In this instance, Yonutz accepts no responsibility for any damage or theft of the parcel and its contents.
NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY
We ship national wide in New Zealand.
For all orders in Auckland suburbs, we offer free shippings if you purchased any 2 pouches of our products or more.
We ship to addresses in wider Auckland and outside Auckland at a flat rate of $15(GST included).
*Unfortunately we do not offer an international service as it is very difficult to guarantee a safe journey. However, you are welcome to take our products with you on your overseas travels so that you can treat your friends with New Zealand’s own taste.
Seller may in its absolute discretion, accept a request by Customer to return Goods to Seller for credit, exchange or refund. If Seller accepts any request by Customer under this clause, such acceptance will be conditional on Customer: (a) delivering, at its expense, the relevant Goods to Seller at Customer’s cost in the same condition and packaging in which they were delivered to Customer, with a copy of Seller’s invoice, within five Business Days of Seller’s acceptance; and (b) The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Yonutz. In the event that goods purchased from Yonutz are deficient, faulty, or short weighted, the retailer (HBS) has the right to repair, replace or refund.
Any return of Goods to Seller is at Customer’s own risk. Seller is not responsible for unauthorised returns. Seller may dispose of on such basis as Seller sees fit and without liability to Customer, any Goods returned otherwise than in accordance with returns clause.
